About Me
Ann Marie is the city girl who found her home on the inner banks of North Carolina. She grew up in Chicago and enjoyed the lively spirit of the city and all the activities that come along with living near Lake Michigan. She came to Pamlico County looking for the perfect place to vacation and unwind away from a large metropolis. After arriving in Oriental, she couldn’t think of anywhere else she wanted to be. Ann Marie fell in love with the dog friendly waterfront community in less than a day.
During her off time, Ann Marie spends time with her husband, a proud Veteran, sitting on their deck or in their yard playing with their dogs. She also enjoys sitting outside with a great cup of coffee while appreciating the scenic views of the water and the abundant wildlife and snapping a picture or two. Ann Marie believes a smile can change your day and she is always ready to give one away.
Ann Marie has worked in the real estate industry for over 10 years. Having previous experience working with property management and assisting people in finding the right place to call home. She wanted to continue being able to help people find their dream home and followed her heart to becoming an Associate Broker with Century 21 Sail/Loft Realty.
